摘要 The present invention relates to a method for setting the initial condition of a valve body control fluid pressure which is controlled by a current applied to a variable force solenoid (VFS) when manufacturing the VFS of an automatic transmission. The multi-setting method for determining the initial condition of the output pressure of the VFS which inspects a fluid pressure by various current values deviates from an existing method which inspects whether a tolerance range is satisfied or not by inspecting the fluid pressure by a single current value because an outputted fluid pressure is in a relationship which is changed depending on a current value which is applied to the VFS. The present invention controls the initial condition so that fluid pressures corresponding to various current values are all positioned within the tolerance range by setting an output fluid pressure about a random single current value within the tolerance range first and then compensating the set fluid pressure by measuring or predicting the fluid pressure about various current values. Like the forementioned, the present invention increases the rate of fair quality by not deviating from the tolerance range about a large section.
