Disclosed are a fine contaminant sampling shell and a light measuring device including the same. The fine contaminant sampling shell according to an aspect of the present invention includes a pipe with both open end portion which forms a linear measurement passage where fine contaminants to be measured and light can pass through. The pipe includes an inlet and an outlet which introduce and discharge the fine contaminants to be measured to/from the pipe. Window parts which transmit external lights through the measurement passage are installed on both open portions of the pipe. A nozzle type air injection chamber is formed on the window part.
