A method for using the Agrobacterium-mediated transformation in planta, for obtaining transgenic plants of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) includes transplanting a target transgene into the sunflower genome. Plants, vegetating in vivo, in which a suspension of agrobacterial cells, diluted in special inoculation media (medium I, II), is coated onto the pistil stigma of tubular flowers in the pollination period, are subjected to the transformation. |
