An automatic press for making nails has a frame, in whose guides a heading slide with a punch holder is mounted, a feeder, a mechanism of cutting, clamping and sharpening, camshafts and an electric motor. It additionally comprises: a right feeder, a right mechanism of clamping, cutting and sharpening, intermediate, crank and other camshafts, a right punch holder, while in the side racks of frame gears with internal teeth are mounted, axisymmetrically with which crank shafts are mounted, on whose external consoles bevel gears are mounted, on internal consoles pinions are mounted, in whose eccentrically made holes an axle is mounted, thanks to which the heading slide is actuated with the right punch holder secured thereon, and the second camshafts have two eccentrics that are displaced relative to each other by 180°, the left and right mechanisms for feeding, cutting and sharpening are connected by a double drive from a faceplate mounted on the console of one of the crank shafts, whose synchronization is carried by the intermediate shaft with pinions mounted in the lower part of the frame of the automatic press. |
