A device for investigation of oxygen consumption by isolated mitochnondria, cells or supracellular structures consists of temperature-stabilized cell with cuvet located inside it, cover with the hole for introduction of matters, oxygen consumption sensor, device for signal transmission from sensor to computer, and the mixer. The cuvet is made in a form of cylinder. The cover has additional hole in the middle, through which the cane is passed, one end of which is fixed to electric motor, and two-paddle propeller is located on the other end. |
