The purpose of the present invention is to provide an energy saving and safe sailing method for a ship by monitoring the external force and hull stress of sailing or moored ship under aerodynamic environments in real time. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: a first step of obtaining data on the force that an air flowing phenomenon or the flow of air is applied to a hull, and data on a hull motion existing in the air flow, through a linear simulation in an air tunnel, and making a look-up table by collecting the data; and a second step of determining dynamic positions or sailing routes optimized by reflecting the measured values measured through the first step to actual measured values and compensating the measured values.
