Disclosed is a heat exchanger for a wind generator. The heat exchanger for a wind generator according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a first penetrating unit penetrating the front and rear side of a rotor head cover so as to provide the movement path for air; a second penetrating unit penetrating a nacelle cover so as to provide the movement path for air passing through the first penetrating unit; and a heat exchanging unit arranged in the second penetrating unit and, after the heated cooling fluid is introduced and cooled, discharging the cooling fluid by cooling a cooling object device.
