An embodiment of the present invention relates to a multi-channel device for downward liquid injecting, an extracting device for nucleic acid comprising the same, and an extracting method for nucleic acid using the same. By the present invention, minimum amount of same or different liquid is rapidly injected into one or more inlet units for performing various biological reactions using a microfluidic chip in a thin film form, the amount of liquid injected into the inlet units is accurately distributed by one user manipulation, the user convenience is remarkably improved by forming a liquid inlet to be relatively larger than the inlet units, and various biological analysis reactions are rapidly performed by remarkably reducing the nucleic acid extraction time.
