The purpose of the present invention is to provide a steel frame structure having structural reinforcement based on the size of moment and a method for manufacturing and constructing the same to enable efficient use for a steel frame structure by installing reinforcement on the end of a column having a large member force, assembling multiple beams to a space between the columns, installing a shape steel material for both ends, and reinforcing only the end of the beams and the column; to provide users ease of use for the steel frame structure by securing the internal space of the steel frame structure and increasing the floor height of the steel frame structure.
