The present invention relates to an outside door mat. It is formed into a rectangular shaped article having 7-25mm of thickness by forming 80-20 weight % of a rubber chip and 10-20 weight % of an urethane binder in a forming press at 135-210°C for 5-26 minutes. The rubber chip is an EDPM rubber chip. An outer surface of the rectangular shaped article is formed of rubber. The door mat is formed of the rubber chip and the urethane binder. The mad has excellent hygroscopicity so that a footprint is not seen by wiping moisture and something dirty and a slide can be prevented as rubber is used as a material. Convenience is increased by using the mat without an extra mat material. In addition, to manufacture the mat is convenient and an extra slide preventing member is not needed by using the EDPM rubber chip. |
