METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SELF-CLEANABLE SUPERHYDROPHOBIC TIP FOR HIGH-PRECISION DROPLET DISPENSERS AND THE TIP MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD

The present provides a method for manufacturing a self-cleanable super-hydrophobic tip for a high-precision droplet dispenser and a tip for a dispenser manufactured thereby including the following steps of: manufacturing a tip for a dispenser by using an aluminum alloy material; performing primary anodic oxidation on the tip for a dispenser; etching the tip for dispenser subjected to the primary anodic oxidation; performing ultrasonic cleaning on the etched tip for dispenser; and forming a hydrophobic self-assembling monomolecular film on the surface of the tip for a dispenser subjected to the ultrasonic cleaning.
