The present invention relates to a camera module and an auto-focusing method thereof. That is, the present invention comprises: a first camera for photographing a subject image; a second camera for photographing the subject image and including an actuator setting focus by moving a lens; a three-dimensional depth extraction unit for extracting a three-dimensional depth from the subject image photographed by the first and second cameras; a memory unit for storing auto-focusing information about three-dimensional depth data of the subject image; and a control unit for receiving the three-dimensional depth data extracted by the three-dimensional depth extraction unit, reading the auto-focusing information about the three-dimensional depth of the subject image stored in the memory unit, and driving the actuator.
