The present invention relates to a light emitting device, a manufacturing method of the light emitting device, a light emitting package and a lighting system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention comprises the following: a substrate; a plurality of nanopattern templates which are evenly spaced on the substrate; a buffer layer having pits on the nanopattern templates; block patterns between the pits; a first conductive semiconductor layer on the buffer layer and block patterns; an activating layer on the first conductive semiconductor layer; and a second conductive semiconductor layer on the activating layer. |
