PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform noise reduction of a moving image in accordance with human visual properties.SOLUTION: A noise acquisition unit 201 acquires an image signal including no subject but including only noise, and an image property acquisition unit 202 acquires the image signal of a photographing target. A visual property reflection unit 203 multiplies the respective image signals by visual frequency response properties to obtain a noise signal and an image signal including no noise, which reflect the visual frequency response properties. A filter designing unit 204 generates a winner filter from the obtained signals, and a filter processing unit 205 applies it to an image signal. |
