PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle management system which enables traffic information to be obtained at any time and any place through a smartphone.SOLUTION: A vehicle management system comprises: an on-vehicle device which has information processing means and communication means communicating with the information processing means through a communication network and acquires traffic information such as positional information, work information and vehicle information on a vehicle from information detection means mounted on the vehicle managed by a traffic manager; and a smartphone connected to the information processing means through the communication network. The smartphone displays, through operation on a screen, a map screen showing a map with a vehicle icon indicating a present position of a selected vehicle thereon and, through tap operation on the vehicle icon, switches the map screen to a vehicle detail screen showing the traffic information such as the positional information, the work information and the vehicle information on the vehicle. |
