PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for forming an insertion hole precisely corresponding to a special and complicated shape of a biomedical prosthesis.SOLUTION: An implement includes: a first blade including a straight blade part, a first blade part wherein the distal end side has a tapered taper shape, a first shaft part, and a first engagement part; a second blade which is attachable/detachable to/from the first shaft part in the axial direction of the first blade, is installed turnably around the axis of the first blade, and includes a tapered taper-shaped second blade part formed on the distal end side, and a second engagement part; and a connection attachment which is a member integrally connecting the first blade and the second blade, and is attachable/detachable in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the first blade. In the first blade mounted with the second blade, connection engagement parts formed inside the connection attachment respectively engage with the first engagement part and the second engagement part. |
