PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joint 15a for torque transmission which can improve assembling work efficiency and the degree of freedom of the adjustment of torque transmission characteristics.SOLUTION: A joint 15a for torque transmission is composed of a drive side transmission member 16a fixed to an output shaft of an electric motor, a driven side transmission member 17a fixed to the base end of a worm shaft, and a buffer member 18a arranged between both the transmission members. The buffer member 18a is constituted by laminating three buffer pieces 28, 28a in a shaft direction, and a pair of buffer pieces 28 provided at both sides of the shaft direction is formed of a synthetic resin, the buffer piece 28a provided in the center of the shaft direction is formed of rubber integrally, respectively. In a state that the three buffer pieces 28, 28a are laminated in the shaft direction, a buffer body 24a is constituted of an outside buffer element 29 provided in the buffer piece 28 of both sides in the shaft direction, and an intermediate buffer element 41 provided in the suffer piece 28a of a center in the shaft direction, these buffer bodies 24a are interposed in a portion between teeth 20a, 23a. |
