PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoupling circuit that can prevent leakage of overvoltage applied to a subject device to an opposite device via the decoupling circuit in a lightning surge overvoltage breakdown test of an ICT device for VDSL in a communication state.SOLUTION: A decoupling circuit 5 is placed connectable via a metal communication line between a subject device 4, which is an ICT device for VDSL and an object of a lightning surge overvoltage breakdown test and an opposite device 3, and is configured to be able to transmit a VDSL signal via the metal communication line. The decoupling circuit 5 comprises: a common mode choke coil 55 comprised of air core coils L11-L14; and capacitors C1, C2 serially connected with the common mode choke coil. |
