PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device being able to reduce a band width of a storage device.SOLUTION: A display device 100 includes a display panel 101 and a timing controller 102. The display panel shows a display based on an output image. The timing controller includes a reception unit, a first conversion unit, a second conversion unit, and a processing unit. The reception unit forms a processed image and a read image based on a first input image and a second input image. The first conversion unit forms a fist conversion image by converting the processed image. The second conversion unit forms a second conversion image by converting the read image. The processing unit forms an output image by processing the first and second conversion images. The respective resolutions of the processed image and read image are lower than the resolution of the display panel. |
