PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack having high flame resistance without increasing the size of a package.SOLUTION: A battery pack includes a unit cell 100, a PTC element 101, and a cap 21. The cap 21 is a molding resin portion and has a thickness tof less than that of the flame resisting UL94-V1. The PTC element 101 includes an element part 1010 and a flame resistant sheet 1014 covering an element body in the element part 1010. The flame resistant sheet 1014 is a sheet material having insulation properties and has flame resistance equal to or higher than that of the flame resisting UL94-VTM1. |
