PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation unit and an image formation device capable of accurately detecting a remaining amount of developer.SOLUTION: An image formation unit 1 comprises: a housing 30 to store developer; an agitation member 50 which rotates inside the housing 30 to agitate the developer therein; a light emitting element 41 and a light receiving element 42 to optically detect a remaining amount of the developer in the housing 30; a light emitting lens 43 and a light receiving lens 44 arranged on respective optical paths of the light emitting element 41 and the light receiving element 42; and a cleaning member 40 which rotates in contact with surfaces of the light emitting lens 43 and the light receiving lens 44 to clean the same. The agitation member 50 and the cleaning member 40 are attached to a common rotational shaft 48 with a predetermined phase difference in a rotation direction of the rotational shaft 48. |
