<p>PURPOSE: A sunroof mounting system for a vehicle is provided to improve workability by automating the installation of a sunroof. CONSTITUTION: A sunroof mounting system for a vehicle comprises a sunroof equalizer(10), a sealer feeder(20), a transporting robot(30), a robot gripper(40), a robot driving carriage(50), and a body positioning device(60). The sunroof equalizer is positioned on a sunroof(1). The sealer feeder spreads the sealer on the sunroof. The transporting robot guides the sunroof coated with the sealer to the mounting position. The robot gripper is formed on the transporting robot and loads the sunroof. The body positioning device decides the location of a chassis body(2).</p> |
