PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable guiding of a loop-shaped material to be rolled without localization to a caliber of a guide roller or a rolling roll.SOLUTION: A secondary loop suppression roller guide includes a guide base 3, a trough portion 1a provided to an inlet side of a guide base 3, and a double roller 1b provided to an exit side of the guide base 3, wherein: the trough portion 1a is provided with a trough 8, a pair of trough rollers 9 and a swinging angle adjusting mechanism 10 for the trough; the double roller 1b is provided with a pair of main guide rollers 11, a pair of auxiliary guide rollers 12 and a center-to-center distance adjusting mechanism 13 for the auxiliary guide rollers; the trough 8 is disposed to a support 14 rotatable around a pivot shaft 15 through the swinging angle adjusting mechanism 10; and the pair of trough rollers 9 are disposed to the support 14 rotatably around an eccentric roller pin 17. |
