PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable automatic breadmaking machine by varying the number of rotations of a blade and the operation time according to load.SOLUTION: An automatic breadmaking machine includes: a blade 6 rotatably mounted inside a bread container 10 into which a raw material of bread is put; a motor 5 connected to a rotating shaft connected to the blade 6; and an inverter device 4 that controls the rotation of the motor 5 in breadmaking step. The automatic breadmaking machine has a function to reduce the number of rotations of the motor 5 and extend the step time when a current value supplied to the motor 5 exceeds a predetermined value. |
