PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel having an air capacity regulating plate fixing mechanism capable of suppressing floating of an air capacity regulating plate without using any tape, and a ventilation fan for duct having the decorative panel.SOLUTION: One one surface of a decorative panel 31, spring holding pieces 50c, 50d having spring holding piece flanges 55c, 55d formed are provided at an outer circumference of a ventilation opening 32, a grating 46 installed in the ventilation opening 32 is provided with ribs 56c, 56d having flanges 57c, 57d formed in parallel with the spring holding pieces 50c, 50d, and regulating plates engagement projections 33a, 33b and, 34a, 34b are formed nearby corners of the ventilation opening 32. Regulating plate overlap parts 62a, 62b of a pair of air capacity regulating plates 60a, 60b overlap with each other to suppress floating between the spring holding piece flange 55c and rib flange 57c and between the spring holding piece flange 55d and rib flange 57d. |
