PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LIFTING type parking device, in which a work for fitting an ascent/descent drive mechanism to a frame structure is easily performed, transmission of sound of the ascent/descent drive mechanism to a back side of a rear column can be reduced, and the clothing or the like of a user is prevented form being soiled.SOLUTION: A lifting device 6 comprises: a wire rope 62 connected to left and right end sides of a front side of a pallet 5; a suspending member 63 connected to left and right end sides of a rear side of the pallet 5; lifting endless chains 67, 67A, 67B to which the wire rope 62 is connected via a front end lifting sieve 65 and to which the suspending member 63 is connected via a rear end lifting guide member 66; a drive sprocket 64e around which the lifting endless chain 67 is wrapped; and a drive motor 64 for driving the drive sprocket 64e via a speed reduction mechanism 64f. In a front column 21, the wire rope 62 is arranged along a cross section space 21a. |
