PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow panel with a temperature and light adjusting function, capable of adjusting take-in and take-out of heat and light through a window, reducing energy consumption used for cooling in summer and heating in winter and improving a window peripheral environment, and an instrument for fixing it.SOLUTION: A panel 6 in a hollow structure is fixed to a window by using a flat plate metal fitting 2 with a bolt, that is bonded to a window glass surface 1, and a flat plate nut 5. Also, a bolt part of the flat plate metal fitting with the bolt is provided with a spring 3, and by fastening or loosening the flat plate nut, a space between the window surface and the hollow panel and a plane angle of the window and the panel can be adjusted. Further, it is also possible to hold a reflector or a heat insulator or the like in the space. Also, in summer, water is put in a rim space 7 configuring the hollow panel and cooling effect by evaporation heat can be generated. |
