PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump air conditioning system for a vehicle that not only secures the temperature linearity characteristics when carrying out dehumidification heating but also can continue to stably carry out heating while delaying frost formation to an evaporator outside a vehicle when carrying out the heating and suppressing fluctuation of the blowing temperature.SOLUTION: A heat pump air conditioning system for a vehicle is constituted so that; a heat pump cycle 18 for heating includes: an in-vehicle condenser 8 disposed in an HVAC unit 2 that is connected in parallel to a condenser 10 outside a vehicle through a switching means 15 based on a refrigerating cycle 14 for refrigeration; an evaporator 17 outside a vehicle that is connected in parallel to a first depressurizing means 12 and in-vehicle evaporator 7 through a second depressurizing means 16; and the evaporator 17 outside a vehicle and in-vehicle evaporator 7 can be simultaneously used when carrying out dehumidification heating and heating by allowing the first and second depressurizing means 12, 16 to be the depressurizing means 12, 16 with opening and closing valve functions.
