PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central monitoring device capable of transmitting, to the outside, the notification of a damage state suitable more than before concerning each of decelerators of a plurality of industrial robots.SOLUTION: A central monitoring device which monitors, in a lump, a plurality of industrial robots each including a decelerator and a lubrication oil deterioration sensor for detecting the deterioration of the lubrication oil of the decelerator comprises: a storage unit that stores a threshold corresponding to a decelerator damage state; a decelerator damage state determination unit that determines the decelerator damage state (S233, S235); and a decelerator damage state transmission unit that sends, to the outside, the notification of the decelerator damage state determined by the decelerator damage state determination unit (S234, S236). If a value corresponding to a color detected by an RGB sensor in the lubrication oil deterioration sensor reaches the threshold stored in the storage unit, the decelerator damage state determination unit determines the decelerator damage state corresponding to the threshold as the damage state of the object decelerator. |
