PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flowability of lubricating oil in a cage of an eccentric section bearing.SOLUTION: An eccentric oscillating gear device includes a crankshaft, oscillation gears, and eccentric section bearings 28 allowing a relative rotation between the oscillation gears and the eccentric portion of the crankshaft. The eccentric section bearing 28 includes rolling elements 42 and a cage 44 for holding the rolling elements 42. The cage 44 includes a pair of sidewalls 44a disposed at intervals in the axial direction of the rolling elements 42, a plurality of connection parts 44b which are positioned between the adjacent rolling elements 42 and connect the pair of sidewalls 44a, and cutout parts 44c which have a cross sectional shape recessed from the outer peripheral edges of the sidewalls 44a at the portions of the sidewalls 44a to which the connection parts 44b are connected and which are formed from the sidewalls 44a to the connection parts 44b so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the connection parts 44b. |
