PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperative processing management system, a cooperative processing management method and a cooperative processing management program capable of providing an effective support to handle an error which occurs in a partial processing while executing multi-processing in cooperation.SOLUTION: A control section 21 of a transaction common system 20 transmits a processing request telegram generated based on a transaction telegram received from a transaction terminal 10 to a service management server 30 and receives a process result telegram therefrom. When the process result telegram is determined as an erroneous one, the control section 21 registers the error and performs a detour setting and transmits the processing request telegram again to thereby continue the transaction processing until every individual processing is completed. When any error is registered at the point of completion of every individual processing, the control section 21 cancels the executed processing. The transaction terminal 10 outputs every error that occurs during transaction processing for approval processing on an approval terminal 15.
