PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference prevention structure for a headrest, preventing noise generated between an under garnish of the headrest and a head section of a holder provided on a seat back.SOLUTION: A seat incudes a headrest HR having a resin under garnish 10 on a bottom, and a holder 6 which supports a stay 4 of the headrest HR and has a head section 6a protruding upward from a top face of a seat back SB, wherein the head section 6a has an unlocking part enabling vertical adjustment of the stay 4. An interference prevention structure for the headrest HR is configured in such a manner that, in the seat, a top part of the seat back SB has a skin 1 on a pad 2 formed of a foam body, the under garnish 10 is provided with a protrusion-like part 20 at a position protruding downward and facing the pad of the seat back, and a protruding amount H1 of the protrusion-like part 20 is larger than a height H2 of the head section 6a of the holder 6. |
