PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image generation device suitable for generating new moving image data by smoothly joining moving image data in two different sections and to provide a moving image generation method and a program.SOLUTION: In a moving image generation device 1, designation means 20 designates two sections in one or two moving image data. Determining means 21 determines a joint face for smoothly joining moving image data in two sections. Selecting means 22 selects pixel strings which include two adjacent pixels across the joint faces and which are arranged in a lateral direction, a longitudinal direction and a time direction as pixel strings of synthesis objects. Synthesizing means 23 synthesizes the pixel of the selected pixel string being the synthesis object with a corresponding pixel to generate moving image data obtained by synthesizing moving image data of a first section and moving image data of a second section. Generation means 24 generates moving image data obtained by combining the synthesized moving image data and moving image data outside the two designated sections. |
