PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor for inputting an inquiry key into a necessary input field in a retrieval condition screen.SOLUTION: When displaying a retrieval condition screen on a display part and performing a new inquiry, an inquiry terminal acquires a storage inquiry key information used in previous arbitrary processing including inquiry business processing and indicating a previous inquiry key stored in a database, from the database (S210), and inputs the acquired storage inquiry key information, as a default value of a present inquiry key, into a predetermined input field of the retrieval condition screen (S215). |
