PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar inspection method and a radar inspection device that inspect whether or not an actuator changing a direction of a beam axis of an antenna normally operates in a desired range without using an inclination sensor.SOLUTION: The radar inspection method is configured to: set a housing inclination angle to -&thetas;1 and a substrate inclination angle to +&thetas;1 and acquire a measurement result V1 of a reception power (S110 to S130); set the substrate inclination angle to &thetas;1+&thetas;2 while the housing inclination angle is held at -&thetas;1 and acquire a measurement result V2 of a received power (S140 to S150); when a difference (V1-V2) between both measurement results is greater than a determination threshold value Vth (S160:Y), acquire measurement results V3 and V4 by repeating the same process as in steps S110 to S150 through an inversion of codes of &thetas;1 and &thetas;2 (S170 to S210); when a difference (V3-V4) between both measurement results is greater than the determination threshold value Vth (S220:Y), output an inspection result indicating that the inspection result is acceptable (OK) supposing the actuator normally operates even at the substrate inclination angle of any of around +&thetas;1 and -&thetas;1 (S230). |
