PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit in which a predetermined lens group in the lens unit using a lens barrel having a collapsible mechanism can be easily adjusted from the outside of the lens barrel, when performing assembly, with an inexpensive, simple configuration and to provide an imaging apparatus using the lens unit.SOLUTION: An arm member 202 connected to a fifth lens group L5 is extended from the inside of a fixed barrel 104 to the outside through the notch 104b of the fixed barrel 104, so that an arm holding member 201 is slid on a base plate 101 from the outside of the fixed barrel 104, to adjust the position of the fifth lens group L5 through the arm member 202. Thus, an assembly error, etc. cumulated in the lens groups L1 to L4 can be cancelled in an assembled state. |
