PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery protection circuit, a battery pack and an electronic apparatus capable of intentionally setting and resetting overdischarge protection.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 includes a MOSFET 7 electrically connected to a secondary battery 4 in series and a first terminal 2 capable of electrically connected to the external. When a voltage of a first voltage value is applied to the first terminal 2, the MOSFET 7 is turned OFF; and when a voltage of a second voltage value is applied to the first terminal 2 for a predetermined period, the MOSFET 7 is turned ON. With this, overdischarge protection can be intentionally set and reset. |
