PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage a molding die by molding a marker at low costs.SOLUTION: A joint connector 10 according to the present invention comprises: a housing 20 molded by closing a molding die 50 to emit resin to a molding space 54 formed inside the molding die 50, and releasing the molding die 50 after the resin is cooled and solidified; a terminal metal fitting housed in the housing 20; and a retainer 40 with a cover mounted to the housing 20 in an upward and downward direction and preventing detachment of the terminal metal fitting. Markers 33 indicating positions at which a jig for detaching the retainer 40 with the cover is inserted are formed on both of left and right side faces 28L, 28R of the housing 20, while gates 51 for emitting the resin to the molding space 54 are formed on a pair of front and rear dies 52, 52. The markers 33 are formed by gate marks that are marks indicating that the resin is broken by the gates 51 when the molding die 50 is released. |
