PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that a heat treatment for recovering toughness, reducing a residual stress and restraining stress corrosion-cracking causes decrease in tensile strength, and cannot secure the necessary strength to a wheel part.SOLUTION: After a heat treatment to a local surface in welding parts 3to 3in a welding rotor 1, a heat treatment after welding is applied and then, the residual stress is lowered while securing the strength of joint parts 3to 3and the wheel part 2, and further, the stress corrosion-cracking is made to be difficult to generate. |
