PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading device capable of absorbing an assembly error of the front end of a guide member to a mounting part of its roll-up member.SOLUTION: A shading device includes: a sheet-like shading member 14; an operating member 16 that is held by deployment side edges 14A of the shading member 14 to change the deployment area of the shading member 14 after driven by a drive mechanism 22; a guide member 21 which supports and guides both ends of the operating member 16 in the moving direction of the operating member 16; a roll-up member 12 that is attached at the base end part 14B of the shading member 14 and supported by a body member 18 in a way that the roll-up member can rotate so as to roll in or out the shading member 14, while being allowed to move in the axis direction. |
