A method for preparing green tea having scent of Cymbidium-kanran is provided to improve green tea flavor and visual preference by mixing marigold flowers and coating green tea with Cymbidium kanran scent. A method for preparing green tea having scent of Cymbidium-kanran comprises the following steps of: adding Cymbidium-kanran scent to dried green tea leaf; and mixing marigold flowers to the dried green tea leaf with Cymbidium-kanran scent. 0.1-15wt% of Cymbidium-kanran scent is added to the green tea leaf on a basis of the green tea leaf. 0.5-20wt% of marigold flowers is added to the green tea leaf with Cymbidium-kanran scent on a basis of the green tea leaf. |
