<p>PURPOSE: A seawater desalinating and dual cycle power generating system is provided to reduce environment pollution by reducing the consumption of fossil fuel using solar energy for plenty of heat and electric energy required for seawater desalination. CONSTITUTION: A seawater desalinating and dual cycle power generating system comprises a solar light power generating system (10), a solar heat warm water system (40), a dual cycle power generating system (20), a high capacity power storage system (30), and a seawater desalinating system (50). The solar light power generating system generates electricity by converting solar light into direct current electricity. The solar heat warm water system absorbs heat energy from the sun and converts low temperature water, which is stored in a fresh water storage tank, into high temperature water. The dual cycle power generating system generates electric energy using heat energy from the high temperature water. The high capacity power storage system stably stores electricity generated from the solar light power generating system and the dual cycle power generating system and supplies the electricity to a seawater desalinating process.
