The mounting unit for a sub-frame is disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the invention comprises a welded left part which is formed into a groove at the lower one side of the front side member; a mounting nut assembled to the front side member; a welding flange part which is integrally formed at a head part and outer circumference of the mounting nut to be inserted into the welded left part; and a member left side part which is formed outside the welding flange unit and connected to an upper fender connecting member.
