The present invention provides an energy converter using a fluid to convert kinetic energy due to flow of fluids such as water into rotary kinetic energy. In particular, the energy converter using a fluid allows an increase in efficiencies with installation of fluid boards on a track frame installed on a rotating body by minimizing fluid resistance, since the fluid board is rotated on the track frame without being interfered with the rotating body so as to prevent breakage and damage of the fluid board and performs an opening action for the flowing direction of the fluid while performing a closing action for the reverse direction to the flowing direction of the fluid. The energy converter using a fluid according to the present invention is characterized by comprising; a rotating body (20) installed on the ground or a floating body and rotating around a rotation axis (24); a track frame (30) installed on the rotating body (20); fluid boards (40) installed at regular intervals on the track frame (30) and receiving a force from the fluid; and a power generator (50) connected with the rotating body (20) to generate electrical energy, wherein the fluid boards (40) perform an opening action for the flowing direction of the fluid while performing a closing action for the reverse direction to the flowing direction of the fluid so that power generation is performed through rotation of the rotating body (20) being induced. |
