PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator capable of restraining a calorific value and electric power consumption of an electromagnetic clutch.SOLUTION: An electric actuator 21 includes a single electric motor 23 for generating rotational driving force, a shift electromagnetic clutch 43 for transmitting/cutting off the rotational driving force generated by the electric motor 23 to a shift conversion mechanism, a select electromagnetic clutch 45 for transmitting/cutting off the rotational driving force generated by the electric motor 23 to a select conversion mechanism, and a clutch control unit 160 for controlling the electromagnetic clutches 43 and 45 by supplying an electric current to the shift electromagnetic clutch 43 and the select electromagnetic clutch 45. The clutch control unit 160 adjusts the size of supply electric current to the electromagnetic clutches 43 and 45 by using PWM control. |
