摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device and a charger performing non-contact power communication efficiently, and to provide a power supply method and a charging method and power supply program and a charging program.SOLUTION: The power supply device comprises: a generation unit for generating a reference wave by using the zero-cross timing of a power signal; a transmission unit for generating a first shift signal produced by shifting the phase of a reference signal by a first phase, and a second shift signal produced by shifting the phase of a reference signal by a second phase different from the first phase, and then superimposing the first shift signal or second shift signal on a power signal; and a reception unit for measuring the interval of zero-cross every time when zero-cross of a power signal, on which a third shift signal produced by shifting the phase of a reference signal by a third phase or a fourth shift signal produced by shifting the phase of a reference signal by a fourth phase different from the third phase is superimposed, is detected, detecting a change where the interval of measured zero-cross is different from a determined interval or range, and detecting the third shift signal or fourth shift signal.
