PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a screening condition for brand extraction of a market transaction to be easily set.SOLUTION: A brand extraction apparatus has a database 11 holding market information including a transaction result of a market transaction and index information generated from the transaction result while corresponding to a brand and a transaction date, and extracts a brand fitting with a set screening condition. The brand extraction apparatus includes: means of acquiring the market information on a selected brand from the database 11 and displaying a graph showing the transition of the market information on an information transition screen; and means of, when a transaction date and an index information type is selected on the information transition screen, setting a screening condition on the basis of index information on the selected brand at the transaction date. |
