PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a smooth drop of a seedling from a supply cup.SOLUTION: A seedling supply device K disposed above a seedling-planting device U to supply a seedling N to a seedling-planting tool U1 at a rising position has a turn table S intermittently freely rotated on a vertical shaft 10, many seedling supply tools K1 which are arranged in the peripheral portion of the turn table and can receive and drop seedlings, and a supply drive mechanism K2 which synchronizes with the upward or downward movements of the seedling-planting tool to drive the turn table. The seedling supply tool has a supply cup 34 for receiving a seedling, an openable or closable shutter 35 for receiving the seedling on the bottom of the supply cup, and a shutter-closing member 36 which is disposed below the shutter, closes the shutter from an opened posture from the front of a seedling-supply position P to the just front of a seedling supply position, and cancels the close state at the seedling supply position. In the shutter-closing member, a fine downward moving portion 36a for separating the shutter from the supply cup to move the received seedling finely downward in front of the seedling supply position. |
