PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible support device and a related child safety seat which use a simple collapsible structure for providing convenient adjustment in a sitting angle.SOLUTION: A collapsible support device (10) is adapted to be installed on a child safety seat (100) and includes a first supporting part (11) and a second supporting part (12). The second supporting part (12) is pivotally connected to an end of the first supporting part (11) so as to be capable of being collapsed to the first supporting part (11). The other end of the first supporting part (11) is pivotally supported by the child safety seat (100). The first supporting part (11) is pivotally rotated relative to the child safety seat (100) to be located at one of a use position and a storage position. The second supporting part (12) is selectively rotated relative to the first supporting part (11) to be located at one of a supporting position and a collapsed position. The collapsible support device (10) has advantages of simple structure and providing operation convenience to users.
