PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent in which a coat film can be easily ascertained in natural light.SOLUTION: A coating agent is obtained by polymerizing a monomer comprising a fluorine-based monomer containing a 2-16C perfluoroalkyl group and a polymerizable vinyl group in the presence of a dispersant selected from a water-soluble nylon and a polyvinyl pyrrolidone in a 1-6C alkyl alcohol to give a polymer suspension and diluting the suspension in an alcohol. Preferably a colorant is added to the coating agent. |
